Lee Livingston
President
Lee Livingston is the president of Mack Energy Corporation. Livingston is responsible for the day to day operations, including drilling, completions, and production. He joined Mack Energy Corporation in 2002 while still attending college and has held multiple positions in the company. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the New Mexico State University. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, IPANM, and NMOGA.
Chance Chase
Vice President
Chance M Chase started young within his family’s company, working summers until coming full time in 2009. He is Vice President of Mack Energy Corporation and Chase Energy Services, a newly formed subsidiary of 7 service companies in New Mexico and West Texas. He oversees the growth and development into these markets while not losing the core values of his family’s corporation. Chase graduated from Rollins College in 2007 with a BA in Psychology and went on to Western State Colorado University and graduated with a Business degree and Professional Land and Resource Management degree in 2010. In addition, Chase is a board member of the Chase Foundation, Goal Advocacy, and numerous community boards.
Brad Bartek
Chief Financial Officer
Since 1998 Bradley D. Bartek has served as the CFO of Mack Energy Corporation and various other affiliated companies owned by the Chase Family of Artesia, New Mexico. Prior to joining Mack Energy, Bartek spent 12 years as a commercial energy lender culminating as the the Energy Lending manager for BankOne Fort Worth. Prior to banking, other experience included staff accounting positions at an independent oil and gas company, a public accounting firm, the Department of the Treasury, the Department of Defense, and a bank internal audit department. Bartek graduated from Texas Tech University in 1978 with a BBA in accounting and currently serves on the Advisory Council for the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business. In addition, Bartek is a member of the board of directors of Enertech Information Systems (Enertia Software) and was a prior board member of Concho Resources, Inc. in advance its IPO.
Charles Sadler
Geological Advisor
Graduated from Texas A&I in 1981 with a BS degree in Geology. Worked 20 years in various geology roles within Getty Oil Company and Texaco E & P Inc. with increasing responsibility. Was the Hobbs Asset Team Manager for Texaco and responsible for southeast New Mexico exploration and development. Joined Mack Energy Corporation in 2001 and have been a Resource Geologist for asset exploration and development.
Staci Sanders
Land Manager
Staci, an Artesia native, studied Business Management and Marketing at New Mexico State University. Staci joined Mack Energy Corporation in 1992 as an assistant in the Land Department. She gained her experience in the oil and gas industry over the past 25 years by working hands on in various positions within the land department. Staci is currently the Land Manager for Mack Energy Corporation and the other Chase family entities. Staci is a member of NMLA, PBLA, IPANM, NMOGA and AAPL.
Matt Brewer
Geologist
Matt Brewer joined Mack Energy Corporation as a geologist in 1997. Brewer began his career in 1995 at Halliburton as a wireline field engineer. Brewer received degrees in geological engineering and geology from New Mexico State University. Brewer has experience with multiple stack pays in the Permian Basin and Rocky Mountains both vertically and horizontally. Brewer is a member of the Roswell Geological Society and a board member for the Chase Foundation.
Florence Livingston
Controller
Florence Livingston joined Mack Energy Corporation in 2004 as an Accountant and has since moved into the role of the Controller. Responsibilities include developing budgets and analyzing information for Mack Energy Corporation and Chase Energy Services. Florence graduated in 2002 from New Mexico State University with BBA in Finance and a Minor in Accounting. She is a member of COPAS.
Scott Ford
Risk/Safety Manager
Scott E. Ford joined Mack Energy Corporation in 2013, where he served as the Safety Coordinator for Mack Energy Corporation and in 2017, assumed the role of Risk/Safety Manager for Mack Energy, Chase Energy Services and other affiliated companies owned by the Chase Family. Prior to his arrival with Mack Energy Corporation, Scott served with the New Mexico State Police where he retired and held the rank of Deputy Chief, after 22 years of service. He is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety, School of Police Staff Command, a OSHA Authorized General Industry Instructor and holds numerous instructor authorizations through the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service and PEC Safety.
